Web Portal

• Restrict Portal By IP Address - The user can control where an employee logs into the PayClock Online web portal by restricting to a list of IP Addresses.
• Options
  • Allow Department Transfers - This setting allows an employee to transfer departments from the PayClock Online web portal when enabled.
  • Allow Employee to Edit Timecard - This setting allows an employee to edit their own timecards in the PayClock Online web portal when enabled.

Mobile Application

• GPS Coordinates - The user can override the system settings for whether GPS Coordinates will be logged when an employee punches using the mobile app. There are three options; Use System Settings, Do Not Require GPS Coordinates, Require GPS Coordinates to Punch and Require GPS Coordinates to Punch if Available.
