How do I set up Scheduled Syncs for PayChex Flex?

 
  1. Navigate to the Integrations page via the left sidebar.

  2. Locate the Integration Nickname for PayChex Flex and select it.

  3. Click on the Scheduled Sync tab.

  4. Setting up an Employee Sync Schedule.

    1. Click on the Enable Schedule checkbox, if it is unchecked.

    2. Set the First Run Date.

    3. Select a Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.

    4. Set the Time to Sync.

      1. The first sync must be later than 1 hour from saving.

    5. Select your Time Zone.

    6. Click the Save button.

  5. Setting up a Company Sync Schedule.

  6. From the General tab, ensure that the Sync Company Data is enabled.

    1. Click on the Enable Schedule checkbox, if it is unchecked.

    2. Set the First Run Date.

    3. Select a Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.

    4. Set the Time to Sync.

      1. The first sync must be later than 1 hour from saving.

    5. Select your Time Zone.

    6. Click the Save button.
