Single day with only 2 IN punches
This can occur if a shift is assigned that is set to cross midnight and has the "Apply Hours to Date of Out Punch" and the Maximum Work Day Length has been exceeded.
To resolve this issue adjust the Maximum Work Day Length either on the pay class or on the employee.
Adjusting the setting on the employee (this is the recommended option since it will only apply to the affected employee.)
Adjusting the setting on the pay class (this is not the recommended option since it will apply to all employees on the pay class.)
