Permissions

Timecard

• Global Edits - Allow will enable this feature.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Close/Re-Open Pay Period - Allow will enable this feature.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Edit Timecard - Allow Edits will enable the user to edit employee timecards. Do Not Allow Edits will lock the employee timecards from edits from the user.
• Approve/Unapprove Exceptions - Allow Edits will enable the user to approve employee exceptions. Do Not Allow Edits will prevent the user from being able to approve or unapprove employee exceptions.
• Approve Timecards - Allow will enable the user to approve employee timecards. Do Not Allow will will prevent the user from being able to approve or unapprove employee timecards.

Scheduling

• Edit Schedule - Allow Edits will enable the user to manage employee schedules.  Do Not Allow Edits will prevent the user the access profile is assigned to from making changes.

Reports

• Save Personalized Report - Allow will enable this feature.  Do Not Allow will disable this ability for the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Administrator Tab - Allow Access will enable this feature.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.

Clocks

• Edit Clocks - Allow will enable the user to make changes to clocks.  Do Not Allow will prevent the user the access profile is assigned to from making changes.
• Poll Clocks - Allow will enable the user to poll clocks.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Update Clocks - Allow will enable the user to poll clocks.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Assign Employees to Clocks - Allow will enable the user to assign employees.  Do Not Allow will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.

Setup

• Locations - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Pay Class - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Benefit Time Accruals - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Pay Codes - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section. Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Premium Time - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read?Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to. Please Note:This is only available to Enterprise users.
• Holiday Calendar - View only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to. • Rounding Rules - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to. • Departments - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes. Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Breaks - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Shifts - View Only will allow the user to view this section but not make changes.  Read/Write will give the user full control of this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the access profile is assigned to.

Home

• IN/OUT Board - Allow access will enable this feature on the home page for the user.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this feature from the user the Access Profile is assigned to.

Employees

• Edit Employees - Allow Edits will allow the user to make changes to Employees.  Do Not Allow Edits will lock the user's ability to make changes to this section.
• Manual Benefit Time Taken Amounts - Allow Edits will allow the user to make changes to employee Benefit Time Taken amounts.  Do Not Allow Edits will lock the user's ability to make changes to this feature.
• Employee Personal Information - Allow Access will enable this section of Employees for the user.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this section from the user the Access Profile is assigned to.
• Import Employees - Allow Import Employees will enable this section of Employees for the user. Do Not Allow Import Employees will hide this section from the user the Access Profile is assigned to.

Exports

• Edit Exports - Allow will enable the user to make changes. Do Not Allow will prevent the user the access profile is assigned to from making changes.
• Execute - Allow Execute will enable the user to export data from PayClock Online.  Do Not Allow Execute will hide this option from the user the access profile is assigned to.

System

• View Wages - Allow will enable the user to see wage information throughout all of PayClock online.  Do Not Allow will hide any wage information from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Change Preferences - View Only will enable this feature but the user will not be able to make changes.  Allow Edits will allow the user to make changes to this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this feature from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Change System Settings - View Only will enable this feature but the user will not be able to make changes.  Allow Edits will allow the user to make changes to this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this feature from the user the access profile is assigned to.
• Access Profile - View Only will enable this feature but the user will not be able to make changes.  Allow Edits will allow the user to make changes to this section.  Do Not Allow Access will hide this feature from the user the access profile is assigned to.

Mobile Application
Please Note:  These permissions only apply to the native iOS and Android mobile applications.

• Clock In/Out - Allow will enable the user to clock in/out using the app.  Do Not Allow will hide the clock in/out button.
• Transfer - Allow will enable the user to transfer to another assigned department using the app.  Do Not Allow will hide the transfer button.
• Edit Personal Daily Card - Allow will enable the user to edit their own daily card.  Do Not Allow will prevent the user from editing their own daily card.
• View Benefit Time - Allow will enable the user to view their benefit time balances. Do Not Allow will hide the user's benefit time balances.
• Edit Employee Daily Card - Allow will enable the user to edit the daily cards of employees assigned to them.  Do Not Allow will prevent the user from making edits to the daily cards of employees assigned to them.
• View Employee Benefit Time - Allow will enable the user to view the benefit time balances of the employees assigned to them.  Do Not Allow will hide the benefit time balances of the employees assigned to the user.
• Change Password - Allow will enable the user to change their password within the app.  Do Not Allow will prevent the user from changing their password within the app.
